Creating a lifestyle of fitness requires nutrition AND EXERCISE.

Jack LaLanne, born in 1914 recently passed away at 96 years old. It is said he was active up to the day he passed. A great example of a man who has “Found his Potential”.
As a child, Jack was addicted to sugar and junk food which accompanied bouts of rage and weakness. At the age of 15 Jack heard Paul Bragg speak on health and nutrition. This made a huge impact on Jack and began to change his lifestyle and improve his health through diet and exercise. Jack‘s life has entailed designing fitness clubs (now called Bally Fitness), fitness equipment, graduating from Chiropractic School, impressive physical feats and the first to launch TV fitness shows that ran from the 50’s to the 80’s. Jack’s ambition and knowledge was ahead of his time and his information is still accurate and motivating!
