Getting Motivation

Starting a jouney of fitness requires motivation.
For some of us being unfit or unwell is so commonplace that it isn't enough anymore to give us motivation to make healthy changes.
Vision and courage can be a big part of motivation and taking that first step to dare to change.

Imagery can help create vision, and vision creates courage! This is important when going to a new level of anything including fitness.
Pictures of health and strength give us a point of direction. Especially if we don't feel healthy and strong to begin with!
We are not talking superficial, but realistic, healthy goals.
Working toward higher fitness allows you to find "your best you"!

Positive input is important when making any kind of change. Surrounding yourself with people of similar goals or who understand the importance of a healthy lifestyle, can help you to become solid in your new changes and habits.
